1. How long does it take to receive the doll i ordered?
A: Usually dolls are sold as "Pre-order",it usually takes us 3-6 weeks to ship a doll.If you choose makeup,it may take one week more to ship the order.
2. Do you accept layaway payment?
A: Yes, we do. Just choose paypal by installment method while checkout. You can also choose the percentage that you want to pay firstly. We offer 30% and 50% deposit. Then you can pay balance amount within 2 months. We ship your order as soon as full payment received.
3. Can I cancel an order?
A: Please make an careful decision before checkout, we can accept an order cancellation within 2 hours. After 2 hours, we could not accept because we usually had processed the order.
4. What is a combined purchase item?
A: In our store, we don’t sell eyes, wig, shoes or clothes alone. That means if you want to order these items, you must order a doll firstly. You can order multiple items though you only order one doll, there is no limits of this.

A: We use the best resin in China to produce 5star dolls. The material cost is more expensive than the common resin.The resin is better protected from sunlight or UV. It is environmental and smelless，but not translucent.
